A Brand New Driving Ritual Begins For PAWS & Me!
Driving to work today after my daughter drove us both to her school to drop her off for the first time, I realized I had just passed another test in the ‘how to raise a terrific kid’ parenting handbook. She made me proud as she drove the car with confidence and I realized at that moment, this was my second and last child that I would teach to drive. As I drove away, I watched my youngest head off to class with tears in my eyes only to be consoled by the nuzzle of my trusted Berner, PAWS, who kissed my face, as if to say, “I know just how you feel,” as he jumped over the back seat, put his head on my lap and readied himself for the trip to the office. After all, he is CPO (Chief Pet Officer) of paws4claws!
